Person should be able to manage stress and make the decisions. Mental health is no less important than physical health at any age.
Neurology is a part of medicine that deals with with diseases of the nervous system. The nervous system includes the brain, spinal cord, and all nerves. Together they control all functions of the body. When your nervous system fails, you can have trouble moving, speaking, swallowing, breathing, or learning. There are more than 600 neurologic diseases.
Neurologic diseases are disorders of the nervous system. Mental diseases, on the other hand, are "psychiatric illnesses" which appear primarily as abnormalities of thought, feeling or behaviour.
